Confirm your computer and calendar is updated for BC time change one last time

The time change happens 01 November 2026. Here's the instructions to ensure you're ready for the change.

PC Users - Windows update your machines. Reboot. Then make sure your computer is set to "Set time zone automatically" and "Set time automatically". The time zone should then say "UTC-0700 Pacific Time (British Columbia)".

Mac Users - Update Mac to the latest version. Reboot. Then make sure your mac is set to "Set time zone automatically" and "Set time automatically" and that "Time zone city" is set to "Vancouver - Canada".

iPhone Users - Update to the latest version. Then reboot once.

Those who have recurring meetings or meetings from outside of province should double check their meetings.

For meetings that you are an organizer of, open them all to change the time zone to Pacific Time UTC -0700.

Important meetings should be created on the browser (not Outlook app) for the next month because there are bugs.
