I wanted to leave a review for Prasna IT as it was such an overwhelmingly positive experience. I have never left a review online before and I am not sure where this is supposed to be sent. My parents contacted Prasna IT to help them with problems they were experiencing with their email. Not only did Sanjay arrive to their home within 24 hours, he spent additional time in his off hours researching the issue and upon returning the next day was able to help resolve their problem. My father had spent hours trying to get someone on the phone at Apple and went to Best Buy on several occasions to get assistance, he was no closer to an answer until Sanjay took the time to help him. Not only was Sanjay able to help my parents, he also was able to restore my sister's email that she thought she had lost forever. My sister had videos of her daughter when she was young so being able to access these was incredibly important for her. Sanjay was very respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sanjay to anyone who is having IT issues. Absolutely amazing job!! Thank you.

Frankly, when something is not your wheelhouse - hiring someone who knows what they are doing is a valuable lesson I learned this week. Starting a new business, I set up my own PC, and it spiraled out of control as I did not have the knowledge or expertise to do so. Embarrassed to reach out - finally I had no choice. Enter Sanjay - Prasna IT - kind, supportive, understanding, and empathetic to my situation - his positivity and attitude are truly amazing - simply jumps in with a smile and says we can fix this for you - and wow - "fix" is not the word. He did not make me feel stupid - he honestly took a look and told me what I needed to do - not about the problem here - but rather all about a solution! He advised me I did not have to buy a new computer; it was a really good machine, and it just needed to be cleaned up and optimized. My PC is running like it never has - I got back 30% of my day that I would spend fighting my PC daily to make it work for me. I have no words except that I wish I had taken this step sooner. Also, an FYI - he also just offered a $99.00 affordable plan per month to help people like myself - individual, small, or medium-sized business - this is who you call.

When I think of tech/computer I normally sigh in dread! Sanjay will reframe all of that - I.T became fun with him. He is so incredibly personable, and helpful - and competent. I will use Sanjay again and again for my IT needs

I had a wonderful experience with Sanjay where he helped me with some computer trouble I was having for my business. Small job but was done quickly and easily. Not only is he the nicest person you will ever meet but he is also very knowledgeable in everything IT.
